Our Work

We’re Working For You…and For the Future of Pennsylvania.

In the Capitol, in the courtroom, and in communities across Pennsylvania, the team at PennFuture is hard at work protecting your rights, advancing sound policies, and transitioning our commonwealth to a clean energy economy.

How We Work

PennFuture’s law staff provides a legal voice for communities being impacted by pollution due to violations of state and federal environmental laws. Our legal work has achieved significant victories and set critical precedent around the protection of our state forests, rivers, streams, and wildlife.

For more information, or to get in touch with PennFuture's legal team, please contact our Vice President of Legal and Policy Abigail Jones.

The policy team at PennFuture is a constant presence on Capitol Hill, in hearing rooms and in legislative offices across the state. We have moved bold new legislation from the idea stage, all the way through to becoming settled law. Far into the evening, on weekends and holidays, PennFuture’s team is there, working to protect Pennsylvania’s environment and economy.

For more information on legislation currently moving in Harrisburg, or for any other questions or concerns, please contact PennFuture Director of Government Affairs Ezra Thrush.
