Lawmakers are on the verge of walking away from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) — Pennsylvania’s best chance to cut pollution, create clean energy jobs, and lower energy prices.

Our leaders want us to think we need to choose between food on our tables or our families suffering from pollution. Between our kids’ schools or their drinking water. We know this is a false choice, and we’re calling them out.
There’s still time to get this right, but it’s going to take massive public pressure to show the Governor and House leadership that we want RGGI – that we can protect our environment, protect our children, and protect our communities. It’s time to step up, not sell out.
