Lunchtime Climate Chat with Rep. Susan Wild: Debriefing Biden's Joint Address

President Joe Biden will address lawmakers in a joint session of Congress on Wednesday, April 28th, delivering his first remarks to both chambers nearly 100 days after taking office. He will share his vision for addressing the challenges and opportunities of this historic moment--addressing both the response to the coronavirus pandemic as well as an ambitious infrastructure bill.

Congresswoman Susan Wild (PA 07), statewide Pennsylvania environmental groups, and other PA leaders will come together to discuss their thoughts and reflections on what was stated at the Joint Address, what this will mean for Pennsylvania’s environment and climate moving forward, and what we’d like to see Congress do this session to protect our environment and tackle the climate crisis.
